Time and Attendance
We have developed Timesheet applications for large, distributed corporate environments, supporting thousands of users. (Note that through the use of eCB Framework, such applications can be easily "plugged-into" a company's existing office/departmental structure as well as the client/project code structure without duplicating or reorganizing this data.) Our Timesheet applications have included interfaces to payroll, accounting, HR and MIS systems. Some features of these applications are:

- Task Tracking (client/project related or other, such as training).
- Timesheets for temporary workers/consultants, as well as full-time employees.
- Payroll interface.
- Customizable overtime rules.
- Setting and checking vacation and sick day allotments.

Time and Expense
We have developed a Time and Expense Recording System for a global consulting firm supporting several hundred users. Using this web based system, consultants are able to enter their timesheet data, along with any expenses incurred while working on various projects. The system also includes administration features such as expense review and approval, audit tracking, and a project code generator to maintain the company project list. Features include:
- Time entry against active project codes.
- Receipt entry.
- Automatic Per Diem adjustment according to country specific rates.
- Automatic VAT adjustment per expense category according to country specific rates.
- Mileage Calculator which automatically adjusts for country specific mileage units and car rates.
- Administrator time and expense review and approval.
- Administrator expense audit tracking and reporting.
- Project Code Generator to manage client and project code lists.
Presentation / Word Processing Center Workflow
We have unsurpassed experience in the development of applications to support workflow, time tracking, document tracking and chargeback for medium to large-scale presentation/word processing centers. Features which have been implemented in previous systems include:
- Job submission and resubmission.
- Separate worker interface.
- Job status.
- Document tracking.
- Customizable rates: either hourly for worker types/shifts, or by piece for specific work.
- Full time and temporary worker support.
- Full-featured reservation system.

Performance Review
We were responsible for the architecture, development and ongoing support of a Performance Review application, used globally at one of the largest Wall Street investment banks by the Investment Banking, Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets and Credit Risk Management Departments. It consisted of a suite of six applications to support the various phases of the review process, and was accessed by over 4,000 end users in over 25 offices. The application supported multiple and simultaneous review processes administered independently by six administrative teams. Features include:
- Dynamically generated review forms, defined by and assigned by criteria based on any combinations of the reviewer's and reviewee's titles, regions and divisions.
- Review List interface, which allowed reviewers, reviewees and managers to select each other to review.
- Administrative interfaces for monitoring the review process, creating review form definitions, setting up review cycles and defining groups of participants, opening and closing access to the various phases of the review process.
- Generation of emails with pre-filled review forms for distribution to participants without access to the network.
- A large set of pre-defined reports for monitoring all phases of the reviews process and generating statistical and textual summaries of review results.
- A facility for offloading specified groups of reviews for comparison, analysis and summary by review teams, responsible for consolidating review results for sets of employees defined by title and division.
- Interfaces to a number of enterprise applications such as the project application (for preloading sets of coworkers prior to review list creation), the HR system (for downloading employee information) and the recruiting application (for showing employee participation in the recruiting process).
Recruiting
We have developed full-featured recruiting applications for several major Wall Street investment banks, with special emphasis on campus recruiting. These applications were used to record and monitor all aspects of the recruiting process such as candidate information, interviews, correspondence, recruiting events and employee participation.
Features include:
- Maintaining full data for candidates (contact information, work history, areas of interest, education, offer and sell information, etc.).
- Generating correspondence to individual candidates or groups of candidates.
- Scheduling interviews, with the ability to create ad-hoc schedule templates.
- Recording and reporting review data from interviews, including ratings and comments.
- Generating interview evaluation forms with detail on the interview, the interviewer and interviewee.
- Tracking information on recruiting events, including candidate and firm attendees, catering and equipment requirements, school contacts, on-campus interview scheduling.
- Interface with HR system.
- Definition of teams associated with the recruiting process, along with the employees participating in them and the particular roles they played.
- Generating employee participation reports with detail on an employee's history of participation on teams, interviews and events.
